I need to install a aluminum saddle.? - how to install floor on an aluminum boat
I must break through a concrete floor. What is the best way to do this? Is for a screen door. I want the wood? If so, what can I do. I'll take any advice for me to do.

You need a drill to drill into concrete. A drill is an influence do much faster. Then insert the plastic anchors into the holes and screw in anchors. Be sure to keep the size of the drill as specified in the anchor, or do not fit properly
A common mistake when something like this is not deep enough wells. You will not be able to enter the screw completely
