A sales tax is just that a sales tax. Whether it is new or used, it is still being sold a product.

I thought that if a local base coming-monetary transactions, pay taxes sooner or later will be. Transactions outside the city and state are to the city and the State Administration of Taxation code and national actions will be taxed imposed by federal law on tax laws. I'm sure it depends heavily on their local tax laws.
If anyone can help here, you may be able to search in your state / city 's Web site (if they have one) for more information about the tax information. There may be several possibilities, and I would be very wise to have tax free trailer achieved when you know exactly what to tax (as opposed to a person who provides the title, however, they distributed the money without receipts, trade or documents presented in the local tax - also known) under the table.
